SimplyLoyal provides a done-for-you digital loyalty system for local businesses, including setup, hosting, and ongoing support of the loyalty program.
Pricing & Usage
Current pricing, including any setup fee, is shown on the SimplyLoyal homepage. Standard messaging usage is included subject to fair use; high-volume messaging beyond standard usage may incur additional charges.
Cancellation
Businesses may cancel their SimplyLoyal plan at any time; specific notice periods will be confirmed at sign-up.
SMS Messaging Terms
Where applicable and only with your consent, SimplyLoyal sends text messages covering marketing offers, appointment reminders, service updates, order confirmations, and account notifications.
- You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
- If you want to start receiving messages again, you can opt in the same way you originally signed up.
- For help at any time, reply HELP, or contact us at hello@simplyloyal.co.
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
- Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging or data plan.
