When a customer joins a SimplyLoyal loyalty program, we collect their phone number and visit/purchase activity needed to run the loyalty program for the participating business.

- To track loyalty points, visits, and rewards

- To provide the business with a simple activity dashboard
Data Sharing
Customer data collected through a business's SimplyLoyal program is shared only with that business, and is not sold to third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services, such as customer service. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
